Pakistani Juniors advance
Three Pakistani juniors have advanced to the knockout stage of the ACBS Asian Men Snooker Championship 2025 in Doha, Qatar. In the quarterfinals, Amir Sarkosh (Iran) defeated Muhammad Asif (Pakistan) 4-3, and Alialobaidli (Qatar) triumphed over Shahid Aftab (Pakistan) 4-3. In the ACBS Asian U21 Snooker Championship 2025, Day 2 results saw Dhruv Patel (India) beat Hasnain Akhtar (Pakistan) 3-0, Tirdad Azadpour (Iran) win against Hamza Ilyas (Pakistan) 3-2, and Hasnain Akhtar (Pakistan) secure a 3-1 victory over Saif Al Zabi (UAE). Zhsan Ramzan (Pakistan) also won 3-1 against Ali Lalehganidezaki (Iran).
Welsh Wins Seniors Tour Title
John Welsh triumphed over Craig Steadman 4-0 in the final of the fifth English Seniors Tour event at the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds. The 60-year-old secured his first English Seniors Tour title in West Yorkshire.
