Lines Claims Leeds Seniors Crown

Peter Lines captured the English Seniors Tour Event 3 title in Leeds with a narrow 4–3 victory over Simon Bedford. The 55-year-old former professional battled through a strong 64-player field, winning six matches across the weekend to secure his first crown on the tour. After trailing 2–1 in his opening match, Lines surged in form, stringing together 15 straight frames on his route to the final. He built a 2–0 lead in the title match with an impressive break of 83, withstood Bedford’s fightback, and sealed the win in a tense deciding frame.
